Mum special Rajma (Kidney Beans)

Ingredients: Ginger Garlic Green Chilly Cumin Seeds Coriander Powder Bay leaf Red Chilli Powder Sugar Salt Turmeric Garam Masala Refined Oil Ghee Rajma (Kidney Beans) : Soaked overnight Potato Onion Tomato Recipe: Make a paste of an inch of ginger, 6-8 garlic cloves, 3 medium sized onions, 1 big tomato, 4 green chillies with 2 teaspoons of coriander powder and 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds. Put 5 table spoons refined oil in the pressure cooker and heat it for 1 minute. Put 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds and 2 bay-leaves with one medium sized chopped onion. Fry it for 2 minutes and put 1 teaspoon full of red chilli powder and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Mix it and put the paste made in step 1 in it. Cook it while stirring it for 10-15 minutes until the oil starts coming out of the paste and it becomes brown. (Kosha- in Bengali) Put pieces of 2 potatoes (2 inch cubes) in it and mix it. Put the already soaked Rajma in the mix and stir it for a minute and let it co
